The location was acceptable, offering easy access to many shops.
The pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet became boring after two days because it offered the same food every morning. Hotel coffee tasted horrible.

The location is indeed perfect! many shops and restaurants are very accessible. the breakfast provided great variety and everything tasted delicious. the staff was generally very friendly and helpful. I found them quite responsive to requests.
i noticed sound insulation was minimal. i could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms. this did disturb my sleep some nights .

the hotel is situated perfectly for exploring historic areas. the shops on avenida libertad are a short walk away. dozens of cafes and bars are also very close to the premises, offering convenient options.

The room's sound insulation was a major issue. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. on one night, loud neighbors were arguing until 1 am. i had to call reception to complain. this seriously impacted my ability to rest after long days exploring.

i found a few things disappointing . the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough for my liking! it was a bit stuffy, especially in the afternoons. also, the shower pressure was quite weak. it made showering less refreshing than i would have liked, and it was hard to rinse my hair properly.
